БАЛ ХРИЗАНТЕМ. Я выступаю с предложением организовывать ежегодно балы для крымчан под названием, «БАЛ ХРИЗАНТЕМ». Осень — пора подведения итогов летнего отдыха. Спад отдыхающих. Для поддержания туристического интереса к Крыму, необходимо придумывать множество различных мероприятий, которые будут:
1.очень интересны для проживающих в других регионах страны, чтобы осенью преодолевать такие дорогостоящие расстояния;
2. доход от таких мероприятий должен превышать расходы минимум в 2-3 раза.
Это поможет крымчанам в приобретении финансов на социальные расходы, которые не умещает в себя бюджетная строка расходов. В частности, это могут быть расходы на строительство новых детских садов, на покупки квартир для сирот.Как это сделать и направить в правильное русло, могу подсказать. Сама участвовала в нескольких таких балах.
