Щепетков последовал совету Аксенова, и видимо «укрепил материальную базу СИЗО», и пишет опять-таки вероятно из дому. За деньги он может выйти и справить Новый год дома.
Утром появилось сообщение от арестованного и уведенного в наручниках мэра г. Феодосии Дмитрия Щепеткова. У Дмитрия Щепеткова есть страничка на Фейс Буке.
Только что жители города Феодосии радовались аресту и справедливости, которая вошла в их город. И на те вам новогоднее поздравление в виде обращения из СИЗО того самого ненавистного всему городу Дмитрия Щепеткова. Значит правильно сказал Аксенов про укрепление материальной базы СИЗО,и дал тем самым наводку Щепеткову, — так это кажется звучит по-бандитски.

Видимо и он тоже не сидит уже в СИЗО, а дома, так уютнее и удобнее писать на ФБ. Вот такие праздники устроили феодосийцам, было возрадовавшимся приходу справедливости в их город.
По такому же принципу посаженный на 3 года крестник А.Могилева(экс-премьера Крыма) — Сергей Володин-младший из Феодосийского УВД, тоже пишет в различных соцсетях и выставляет фото совсем не из тюрьмы, а рядом с крутыми джипами на фото украинских городов.

Как-то дико звучат слова главы Крыма. Что значит выражение из уст Аксенова: «пусть укрепляют материальную базу СИЗО»? СИЗО должно получать теперь от Щепеткова коррупционную мзду? за то чтобы не били, чтобы не насиловали. За что и как Щепетков должен повышать материальную базу СИЗО?
Повышать материальную базу = значит платить.

Чем дольше подследственный находится в СИЗО, тем более вероятность получить наименьший срок и выйти из зала суда с зачётом отсиженного. За год утихнет накал страстей, данное событие затмится более резонансными и вместо предполагаемого «червончика» наш персонаж будет иметь возможность уже 1 января 2017 года открыть купальный сезон в Феодосии, если не махнёт опять на стажировку в далёкий зарубеж.
