Интересная разыгрывается сценка. События посыпались, как из рога изобилия. Пока остановились на том, что три истребителя швейцарских ВВС похоже планировали, как сказал корреспондент Павел Зарубин, посадить российский самолет.
Имеются разночтения по количеству истребителей. Одни говорят, что было 2 истребителя. Другие, как например корреспондент, говорит, что три. Скорее всего, их было три. Примем НЕ отредактированную речь только что прилетевшего в Лиму корреспондента за основу. Его просто не успели проинструктировать.
Мария Захарова, МИД РФ: «Мы ждем объяснений и соответствующим образом на них прореагируем, когда они будут даны», — добавила она.

Три истребителя вставшие на крыло рядом с российским самолетом, на борту которого возможно мог быть российский президент, это нонсенс. Российский президент летел, как всегда, в сопровождении кремлевского пула журналистов и помощников. Часто самолет с журналистами может лететь первым. В случае ракетного удара, они попадают под угрозу первыми. У второго самолете есть шанс развернуться и уйти с линии огня.
В этот раз самолет президента пролетел первым, и в этом вероятно швейцарцы допустили ошибку. Они были видимо уверены, что первым пойдет самолет с журналистами. А вторым пойдет самолет Путина. Истребители швейцарских ВВС взяли в плотное кольцо самолет РФ. На расстояние вытянутой руки летели рядом швейцарские пилоты.
Можем лишь предположить, что Швейцария решила взять в плен президента России? Посадить самолет с президентом на борту, — такого еще не знала наша история.
Может это ответ Запада на арест Улюкаева и обыск у Чубайса?
По выступлениям представителя МИД РФ и посольства России в Швейцарии, что наша сторона растеряна. Можно было ожидать от кого угодно, но не от Швейцарии. Здесь же хранятся все деньги наших олигархов и чиновников. Здесь, в Швейцарии огромное количество собственности куплено чиновниками из России. И что теперь?
Утремся? Скорее всего ДА.
Не терять же чиновникам деньги из-за президента.
Поэтому наша сторона настаивает на том, что было ДВА истребителя, а не ТРИ. Иначе это действительно похоже на готовящийся захват президента. Чтобы избежать необходимости объявлять Швейцарии ультиматум, лучше быть слепым, и поверить в собственные сказки, что ничего особенного не случилось.

Проведена предварительная экспертиза Манифеста об отречении Николая II
В Государственном архиве Российской Федерации был официально оформлен заказ на изготовление цифровой копии (электронного образа) документа, известного как «Манифест об отречении от престола Николая II», датированного 2 марта 1917 г.
При изучении полученного электронного образа документа удалось достоверно установить следующие факты, ранее не известные научному сообществу и широкой общественности:
Факт №1. Хранящийся в Государственном архиве Российской Федерации подлинник «Манифеста об отречении от престола императора Николая II» от 2 марта 1917 г. составлен из двух бумажных половин, которые ранее были аккуратно склеены между собой узкой полоской папиросной бумаги, подклеенной к оборотной стороне документа вдоль горизонтальной линии, проходящей приблизительно вдоль поперечной оси симметрии листа по машинописной строчке «… почли МЫ долгомъ совести облегчить народу НАШЕМУ тесное… ».
Факт №2. В настоящее время эта полоска папиросной бумаги отклеилась, но на оборотной стороне документа вдоль горизонтальной линии разделения бумажного листа (с помощью надрыва, разрыва, разреза, перелома бумаги или каким-то иным способом) остались хорошо заметные остатки клея и грязь, налипшая на клей.
Факт №3. Следы от клея, грязи и подклеенной ранее на оборотной стороне тонкой бумажной полоски «просвечивают» сквозь плотную бумагу документа также и на лицевую сторону листа.
Факт №4. На подлиннике «Манифеста об отречении от престола императора Николая II» от 2 марта 1917 г., помимо отчетливо различимого следа от механического разделения (с помощью надрыва, разрыва, разреза и т. д.) бумажного листа по горизонтали, имеется также менее заметный след от механического повреждения бумажного листа (перегиба, надрыва, надреза) вдоль вертикальной линии, проходящей примерно по продольной оси симметрии листа.
Факт №5. В нижней части листа данное механическое повреждение бумажного листа представляет из себя сквозной надрыв, подклеенный у нижнего края листа полоской папиросной бумаги размером приблизительно 3 х 1,5 см.
Факт №6. Точный характер механического повреждения бумаги вдоль этой вертикальной линии в средней и верхней части листа установить не представляется возможным.
Факт №7. Название места составления документа «Г.Псковъ.» в нижнем левом углу лицевой стороны документа впечатано на пишущей машинке с другим шрифтом.
Факт №8. В проставленном от руки карандашом времени подписания документа «15» часов из-под цифры «1» проглядываются остатки стертой цифры «2». В следующем пробеле в машинописном тексте, оставленном для вписывания от руки минут, проглядываются остатки стертого числа «30».
Факт №9. Заверительная надпись «Министр Императорского Двора Генерал Адъютант Графъ Фредериксъ», исполненная на документе черными чернилами, заметно «расплылась» по поверхности бумаги от воздействия влаги. То есть лист с заверительной надписью либо намочили по какой-то причине после нанесения этой надписи, либо эту надпись наносили чернилами на сырую бумагу, либо же надпись была нанесена на документ так называемым «мокрым» методом – механически перекопирована через покрытую влажным желатином поверхность, через поверхность белка сваренного «вкрутую» куриного яйца, либо же каким-то иным аналогичным кустарным способом.
Факт №10. Машинописный текст выше и ниже горизонтальной линии механического разделения листа на две половины был напечатан в разное время (как минимум — после перерыва, необходимого для замены или существенной перемотки красящей ленты на каретке пишущей машинки). Также не исключен вариант, что машинописный текст выше и ниже линии механического разделения листа печатали разные исполнители (с заметно отличающейся силой удара по клавишам пишущей машинки).
Абсолютной неожиданностью для заказчика оказалось наличие на полученном компакт-диске не двух, а четырёх электронных образов затребованного документа. Помимо официально заказанных электронных образов лицевой и оборотной стороны листа 5 дела 2100а описи 1 фонда 601, на компакт-диск исполнителями по собственной инициативе были также дополнительно записаны ещё два электронных образа, обозначенные как «чистый лист, следующий за листом 5» и «оборотная сторона чистого листа, следующего за листом 5».
При внимательном изучении этих электронных образов на лицевой стороне «чистого листа, следующего за листом 5» были обнаружены слабо различимые следы машинописного текста, идентичного тексту на лицевой стороне «Манифеста об отречении от престола императора Николая II», а в левом нижнем углу «чистого листа, следующего за листом 5» — слабо различимые следы рукописной надписи, аналогичной заверительной надписи министра императорского двора Фредерикса в нижнем левом углу лицевой стороны «Манифеста…».
Кроме того, на лицевой и оборотной сторонах «чистого листа, следующего за листом 5» обнаружились вертикальные и горизонтальные следы от механических повреждений бумаги (надрывов, разрывов, разрезов, перегибов и т. д.), расположение которых практически полностью совпадает с расположением аналогичных следов от механических повреждений на «Манифесте об отречении от престола императора Николая II» («листе 5»). Причем, так же как и на «листе 5», вертикальный надрыв бумаги у нижнего края «чистого листа, следующего за листом 5» был подклеен полоской папиросной бумаги размером приблизительно 3 х 1,5 см.
При этом «чистый лист, следующий за листом 5» никак не может являться «листом 6» архивного дела 2100а, поскольку за номером листа 6 в деле 2100а значится совершенно другой документ.
Единственным разумным объяснением этого феномена может быть только то, что подлинник «Манифеста об отречении от престола императора Николая II» был отпечатан не на стандартном листе бумаги формата А4, а на сложенном вдвое листе бумаги формата А3. На сложенный таким образом лист была позднее нанесена заверительная надпись. Благодаря этому текст «Манифеста…» и заверительная надпись Фредерикса скопировались на лицевую сторону «чистого листа, следующего за листом 5» — хотя и в очень сильно ослабленном виде.
Помимо этого, уже сложенный вдвое перед печатанием текста лист А3 был после нанесения машинописного текста и заверительной надписи сложен «по вертикали» и «по горизонтали», уменьшившись в конечном итоге в сложенном состоянии до формата А6 («осьмушки»).
Все вышеперечисленные особенности документа очень сильно укрепляют подозрения в его подложности. В связи с этим независимая экспертиза подлинности «Манифеста об отречении от престола императора Николая II» от 2 марта 1917 г. будет продолжена.
