В то время, как отношения между Украиной и Россией дошли до точки кипения, в Крыму заместитель председателя Госсовета РК Андрей Козенко внес на рассмотрение депутатов предложения по изменению федерального законодательства, позволяющие крымчанам не подтверждать наличие второго гражданства (украинского и иного). Его поддержал коллега единоросс Сергей Трофимов (Заместитель председателя комитета по вопросам законодательства, государственного строительства и местного самоуправления)!!!! Объясняют они это возможностью избежать социальной и политической напряженности!!! Интересно у кого???
Более того, инициативу поддержал сенатор от Крыма Сергей Цеков!!!! Ну точно осеннее обострение началось в Крыму.
Вот пишу эти строки, и фигею от этих крымских депутатов… Что они имели ввиду и зачем? Это значит, что можно не сообщать письменно в установленном порядке в органы ФМС о наличии второго паспорта=гражданства!!!!! АУУУ!!!! Господа депутаты!!!! Почему мы должны менять законодательство РФ под вас родименьких и ваши интересы? Может хватит?
А я объясню вам, кому это надо. Это надо тем, кто лоббирует этот закон, думаю не надо объяснять почему.
Для большинства крымчан вопрос двойного гражданства просто не актуален. Они сделали свой выбор, проголосовав на референдуме. Спасибо Путину, можете смеяться и ругаться, но крымчане благодарны и верят ему.
Есть те, кто понес определенные неудобства, с учетом того, что на Украину стало сложнее ездить или владеть там собственностью, есть те, кто уехал
На решение этих проблемных вопросов было отведено достаточно времени. С 1 января 2016 года крымчане, кто не отказался от украинского и любого другого гражданства обязаны уведомить об этом письменно миграционную службу в установленном законом порядке.
Может ФСБ поплотнее заняться этими товарищами депутатами, зачем они двигают такие предложения? Буквально несколько дней назад сотрудники СК загребли Гриневича – депутата Госсовета РК, видного единоросса, подельника другого известного единоросса г-на Черняка по профильному комитету (курортам и туризму).
Задержание депутата произошло в региональном офисе «Единой России» с поличным за получение 15 000 $ . При этом, это не единственный эпизод получения денег Гриневичем, сообщается о полученной ранее суммы в 20 000 $!!! И это только верхушка айсберга.

Напомню, что видный единоросс Крыма Алексей Черняк был уличен в коррупции, создав карманную компанию «Крым-курорт-стандарт» для классификации крымских отелей при Министерстве курортов и туризма Крыма, для чего он всячески и продвигал идею обязательной классификации на законодательном уровне.
Спасибо Наталье Поклонской и общественности, что они притормозили этот депутаский беспредел.
Скандал с Гриневичем пытаются замять. Причина понятна. Не могу сказать, что крымчане в шоке, они привыкли к тому, что ЭТИ негодяи воровали и воруют.
Вот отрывок из письма, который мне прислал один известный крымский активист с просьбой помочь разобраться в том бардаке, который опять начинается с пляжами при активном участии перечисленных выше крымских депутатов, которые кровно заинтересованы в закрытии пляжей от туристов в угоду личным интересам.
«Александр, добрый день!
Направляю ссылку о задержании депутата Государственного совета Республики Крым Валерия Гриневича. Дружбан Черняка, состоят вместе в профильном комитете по курортам. Вместе ваяют закон о пляжах. Все выездные заседания профильного комитета прошли в Саках в туркомплексе Гриневича „Золотая рыбка“. Он как и Михайлов, который также состоит в этом же комитете, выступает в роли экспертов в сфере курортов и оздоровления. Вместе двигают тему, что открытый доступ на пляжи Крыма „ударит“ по санаторно-курортному комплексу, то бишь по их личным интересам. У него в Саках еще с прежних времен паи сельхозземель до уреза воды и он заявлял на заседании профильного комитета в Саках, что они планируют выйти с законодательной инициативой, на федеральный уровень, чтобы им отдали побережье. Самое близкое окружение Черняка. Вот 22 октября и представят новый законопроект по пляжам, который Константинов уже назвал резонансным, в нем учитываются интересы Михайловых-Гриневичей и Черняков».
Вы понимаете что происходит в крымском Госсовете??? Что творят там эти «товарищи»??? Уверен, Крыму очень нужны перевыборы, которые позволят очиститься от этого вороватого балласта прошлого, который просто сжирает Крым своими людоедскими законами и инициативами.
Может им украинский или иной паспорт нужен, чтобы можно было смотаться, если вдруг что?
Может почувствовали, что паленым запахло???
Может посадочки надо начинать Владимир Владимирович?
