Метеорадары есть, данных — нет. И у МЧС их тоже нет. Главный специалист Метеобюро Москвы и Московской области в государственной газете объявляет о том, что ничего не знает ни о каких метеорадарах.
В Электростали, Ногинском и Орехово-Зуевском районе был торнадо, но вы об этом не знаете, потому что эту информацию блокируют.

Во-первых, еще за два дня ESTOFEX (Европейский эксперимент по прогнозированию штормов) выпустил прогноз, где Московскому региону был выдан второй уровень риска (из трех). Чуть позже аналогичное предупреждение выпустило любительское сообщество «Метеодневник». На погодных картах любой метеорологической модели отчетливо вырисовывался холодный фронт с падением температуры более чем на 10 градусов. Угроза очевидна, но не для Росгидромета…
Во-вторых, непосредственно в день трагедии можно было по открытым источникам в реальном времени наблюдать за формированием масштабного грозового фронта в Смоленской и на юге Тверской области. Отметки гроз регистрируются с задержкой в 2-3 с (см. скриншот), с задержкой в 5 минут доступны спутниковые снимки облачности в низком разрешении, 10 минут — подробнейшие трехмерные данные метеорологических радаров с пространственным разрешением в 1 км!
В третьих, конкретно в Московском регионе работают сразу три доплеровских радара высокого разрешения, что позволяет Росгидромету и МЧС получать информацию не только о погодных явлениях, но и о скорости ветра на всех высотах с задержкой времени в 3 минуты! И в качестве венца абсурда всей этой истории — данные этих самых метеорадаров заблокированы на территории РФ по требованию Росгидромета! (А не Роскомнадзора, как вы привыкли :-ъ) Зачем гражданам получать информацию о фактической погоде, ведь наш любимый Росгидромет никогда не ошибается, а о всех опасных явлениях их заботливо предупредят МЧС!
Это унизительно, но жителям России приходится использовать Тоr и прокси-серверы, чтобы получить информацию с российских радаров. Нехорошо, когда каждый человек может свободно сравнить прогноз с фактической погодой на радаре и воочию убедиться, как точны и заблаговременны официальные прогнозы.
Большая часть претензий в соцсетях — к МЧС, к тому, что они не смогли вовремя проинформировать население. Но МЧС получает метеоданные от Росгидромета, и уже на их основании принимает решение о рассылке сообщений. А Росгидромет — это огромная структура, пожирающая бюджетные деньги, анализирующая погоду устаревшими методами на устарелом оборудовании, и выдающая прогнозы, несравнимые по точности с современными глобальными моделями. Еще и скрывающая от населения информацию, которую по закону обязана предоставлять, поскольку эта информация несет прямую угрозу её авторитету.

На счёт торнадо — не знаю! У Нас был сильный ураган! В самом Орехово-Зуево прошёл град, но порывов ветра не было!
